About Us

We're Good News Shoppe, and we're a local Christian book store here in Mayfield, KY. We want to ensure that everyone feels loved in our store and want to make a difference for people over anything else, offering Christian and faith-based books, movies, CDs, and audio material. The store was originally owned by twin sisters Gay & Kay, and we visited the store often secretly wishing to have a store just like this until one day the sisters decided to retire and offered up the opportunity to take over. Ms. Kay still works one day a week and we continue to appreciate her guidance. We look forward to growing our business to continue to serve Mayfield and the surrounding communities. We'd like to personally invite you to stop in today to shop our vast selection of gifts, home decor, and bibles, also take advantage of bulk ordering or discounts for churches and large groups.
